A gal pal and I did a tour at 7pm and had a blast. It was just the two of us and the guide (Park) who was super fun. The Tokyo lights were incredible and everything was so pretty. We took advantage of the fun costumes and loved every minute of our experience. Highly recommend going with this group (Monkey Kart)!
